2011 Brings...

Well 2011 started off with a bang when we bought a home on 5 acres and decided to move our family to the country. The kids were able to stay in their same elem. school in Melrose which was pretty much a must for us. The kids love it of course. I was pretty worried that Liberti wouldnt like it as much as she thought, but she's very content here. I go to work at 6:45 so Ah-Ma takes them to school if Greg has to be out of town working, otherwise he gets them there. I get out of work just in time to pick them up from school and get weekends off. So no compromise as far as time spent with them. I'm happy to anounce that Liberti received her first honor roll! We are so proud of her and she was proud too. She is still an ESOL student and is repeating the 3rd grade just so that she will make an even better 4th grader next year without as much struggle. We are so lucky to be the parents of such amazing children! We are blessed indeed. Liberti and Landon both bought baby chicks on Sat. They are so into that kind of stuff now. They have a hand in keeping them feed, their lighting until their bigger and so forth which is so sweet to see them be kind, gentle and loving to things that still carry the weight of responsability. There's Ginnies, silkies, chicks, rabbits, and a puppy! We are all learning to live this life every day. I always want to update the blogs but so little time with everything. I'll do my best...

Oh,P.S. Our family is stronger than ever. Liberti is progressing in her attachment to all of us very well. She shows lots of affection now. Her relationship with Landon is love/hate for lack of better words. They have a pretty healthy and normal relationship now. They are closer than ever even though she'll tell you little brothers are a pest Lol There is still hands on aggression at times but she has worked hard to control her reactions to things and people. We all grow as she grows. We all have learned how to do things differently in our family so that we are a strong family unit with a happy and healthy attachment of love for one another. Its amazing and was all in Gods hands the entire time. Just thought I would add that update
